The accent ranges from the Russian and its border countries all the way to hindi. And much that is in between. Much as gypsies would have had various accents depending on how long they were in whatever region.
Why do khajiit say this one?
When a Khajiit refers to him/herself as “this one”, it’s their way of singling themselves out as an individual among the Khajiit as a whole. Khajiit are one people, created by Azurah and bound to the ja’Kha’jay. Clan mothers teach the children this sense of one-ness with their people from their first moments.

Why do khajiit call people five claw?
It sounds like it’s supposed to be a compliment or honorific, but it doesn’t make much sense. I understand Khajiit consider sharp and well-maintained claws a point of pride, but apart from the four-legged khajiit forms, doesn’t everyone have five fingers? Thus it just sounds like “yeah, good job, normal person!”

Cathay
The most common form of Khajiit. Cathay are larger and stronger than Suthay and the Suthay-raht. One of the big differences between them the Suthay and Suthay-raht is that the Cathay have plantigrade legs. They are more warrior-like than the Suthay and are just as stealthy and agile.
Why do khajiit call people Walker?
I’m not 100% certain about these other two, but I think “walker” is used to refer to wandering Khajiit, and “five-clawed” means courageous. My character is a redguard and the Khajiit npc’s refer to me as “walker” a lot. It started happening after I completed some of the quests so I assumed it was a title of respect.
Do khajiit have hands?
Aside from allowing the Khajiit to have a slight upper hand (upper paw?) in terms of balance, the tail is ultimately a weak point. It’s extremely sensitive and can be targeted by weapons, stepped on, grabbed, hurt in a fall, etc., and it doesn’t carry many advantages to compensate.

The Khajiit have a tolerance to skooma and moon sugar, as they consume it in some form every day.
