How do I customize my Disney MagicBand?
When purchasing a retail MagicBand in a merchandise location or online through shopDisney, personalization is not available. You will need to link your MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account by using the code printed on the inside of the band.
Can you decorate your Disney MagicBand?
You can still decorate your MagicBand even if you don’t have a crafty side. There are custom stickers and skins available for purchase. Magic Your Band offers a huge variety of skins for your MagicBands. You can even design a custom skin.
How do I make my own MagicBand?
Once you log in to your My Disney Experience account, either on your computer desktop or mobile device, and check on your latest Disney resort reservation, you’ll see the option to order your new MagicBands. Choose your MagicBand — the standard, complimentary solid colors are still available.

Upon our return home, I saw on Etsy that there are artists offering their services to paint MagicBands for guests who want something a little better than standard gray or a little more personalized than the solid colors.
How much are custom MagicBands?
For an additional charge, customers can add names to the outside of the MagicBand, which will be created while they wait. The price for a customized MagicBand is $21.95; a personalized MagicBand is $29.95. Guests also can customize a phone case at the Tomorrowland location.
Are MagicBands still free?
Magic Bands were provided to every guest staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel at no additional charge through the end of 2020. Starting in 2021, guests can purchase a Magic Band if they want to use one during their stay. Unfortunately, Magic Bands are no longer free.
What happens if I decline a MagicBand?
Once a purchase has been made, or a MagicBand has been declined, you can not go back and receive the special offer. I recommend that you call (407) 939-1936, and see if the friendly Cast Members on the other end of the phone can work a little magic of their own.
